We want you to love your Ibiza Hair tools, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused brushes or hair care products in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
